These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TopIndexer (the "Service"), operated by JajaSoft ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TopIndexer is a tool that checks whether web pages you submit are reachable and whether they contain a link to a URL you specify. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

2. Accounts & sign-in

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

  • Only submit URLs that you own or have a legitimate reason to check. Do not use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's security, limits, or credit system.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.

We may block or throttle requests that appear abusive, automated beyond fair use, or directed at systems you do not control.

4. Credits & usage limits

Some checks consume credits or are subject to usage limits. We may change how credits work, adjust limits, or introduce paid plans in the future. Any credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to JajaSoft and is protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the URLs and data you submit; you grant us the limited right to process that data to provide the Service.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that results will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. See our Disclaimer for more.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JajaSoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
